Wonderful people always willing to help no matter how frustrating the customer. I’ve seen them deal with people I’d scream at with a smile and sanity.
Anyway good service, good prices and no hassle. The equipment rentals are especially straightforward.
Dealing with Hornung's is always a pleasure. They know what they are doing and they respect and always help with your needs, whether you need service on your equipment or need to rent some of their great equipment. For service, they are great at letting you know early what it is going to cost, and they get it fixed quickly (almost always on or before the predicted date), and they keep you posted if anything impacts the completion date. They have earned my trust and they live up to it time and again.
Always have what I need . Always order what else I need if they don't have it once in 12 years is pretty great odds. Always professional and helpful. Wheelchair accessible. Great place.

The prices for the yeti was a bit higher than what came up on a Google search but the cashier and staff made sure i had a good experience and received a promotion advertised in the store. Very nice people working there.
